Property Search

  • Search for properties on portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket & Our Website
  • Find a suitable property and make an enquiry
  • We will register your details and keep you up to date with suitable properties


  • Select the viewing type most suitable for you (Virtual or Physical Viewing)
  • Arrange a suitable date and time to view the property
  • We will accompany you on the viewing to provide a tour and answer any further questions


  • Put forward an offer for your selected property
  • We will forward your offer to the Landlord and negotiate the best price for you
  • We will provide feedback on the status of your offer


  • Once your offer has been accepted you will receive a link to set up your tenancy
  • To reserve the property you will be asked to pay a holding deposit (equal to 1 week’s rent);
  • And you will need to view and sign our tenancy guide to confirm your application


  • Once you have reserved the property we will request your reference information
  • Our easy to use tenancy platform will guide you every step of the way to ensure your references are submitted quickly and accurately
  • We carry out the following checks: ID Check, Credit Check, Income Check and Residential Check

Tenancy Agreement & Move In Monies

  • On completion of your successful references you are ready to complete your tenancy set up
  • You will receive copy of your Tenancy Agreement to review and sign digitally
  • Once you have signed your Tenancy Agreement you will be directed to our payment page with details on how to make your final payment

  • Congratulations, you have completed your tenancy set up!
  • We will be on hand to assist you up until the day of your move
  • Collect keys or meet at property for key handover and enjoy your new place
