- Search for properties on portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket & Our Website
- Find a suitable property and make an enquiry
- We will register your details and keep you up to date with suitable properties
Viewings
- Select the viewing type most suitable for you (Virtual or Physical Viewing)
- Arrange a suitable date and time to view the property
- We will accompany you on the viewing to provide a tour and answer any further questions
Offer
- Put forward an offer for your selected property
- We will forward your offer to the Landlord and negotiate the best price for you
- We will provide feedback on the status of your offer
Reservation
- Once your offer has been accepted you will receive a link to set up your tenancy
- To reserve the property you will be asked to pay a holding deposit (equal to 1 week’s rent);
- And you will need to view and sign our tenancy guide to confirm your application
References
- Once you have reserved the property we will request your reference information
- Our easy to use tenancy platform will guide you every step of the way to ensure your references are submitted quickly and accurately
- We carry out the following checks: ID Check, Credit Check, Income Check and Residential Check
Tenancy Agreement & Move In Monies
- On completion of your successful references you are ready to complete your tenancy set up
- You will receive copy of your Tenancy Agreement to review and sign digitally
- Once you have signed your Tenancy Agreement you will be directed to our payment page with details on how to make your final payment

- Congratulations, you have completed your tenancy set up!
- We will be on hand to assist you up until the day of your move
- Collect keys or meet at property for key handover and enjoy your new place
